Before founding Strategic Planning Specialists, Stuart Arnold served as director of strategic marketing for Grassroots Marketing of Knoxville, Tenn., and director of marketing and public relations for The Center for Rural Development’s national headquarters in Somerset, Ky. Prior to that, Arnold invested 20 years in the newspaper and publishing business in Kentucky, working his way up from director of special projects to marketing director to editor and publisher while earning several state and national recognitions for his marketing work along the way.
