As journalists, we strive to engage our communities and build stronger relationships with our audiences. In order to best serve them, we must understand the types of content they value. In this session, Dr. Carrie Brown explains social journalism and define best practices for journalists seeking to use social media and other tools to better listen, engage and serve their audiences.
